The number and qualification of tenured academic staff in the faculty is at the optimum level. Almost half (48.5%) of lecturers have earned doctoral degree. The Faculty of Psychology currently has 12 professors from various fields to support any-scientist who lectures in each study program. Lecturer with the lectureship as much as 15 and 22 have an assistant professor of experts. Of 63 lecturers at the Faculty of Psychology, 55 (80.9%) of them have had a Certificate of teaching, while some of the rest are in the process of filing the certification.
